Frequently asked questions
Can I send a letter to an address outside Denmark?+
No. Postly only sends letters to addresses in Denmark. You can order from anywhere in the world.
How many pages can I send?+
The first 5 A4 pages are included in the price. After that, each extra page costs DKK 5. All prices include VAT. The file can be up to 25 MB.
How is my document handled?+
Your document is sent over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted with our data processor in the EU. Only the person who prints the letter sees the file. It is deleted automatically 7 days after sending.
When does the letter arrive?+
If the letter is paid before noon on a weekday, we hand it to dao the same day. After that, dao's delivery times apply. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery day.
What is a registered letter?+
A registered letter (anbefalet or rekommanderet brev) is signed for by the recipient. You get dao's hand-in code when the letter is posted, and the delivery receipt when the recipient has signed.
Can I cancel my order?+
The letter is prepared right after payment, so the right of withdrawal ends once the service is carried out, as Danish consumer law allows. If you have just ordered and changed your mind, write to us at once through the contact form.
